Actually it wasn't like that at all. I gave her content to update with while I would be away for surgery and recovery. I did miss a few weeks after that which is understandable but NOTHING like what she claims. I had complications and couldn't do anything about that.
She decided the contract was void not me.
My fiance bought the domain heatherhamptons.com back in 02. It has always belonged to him. She changed all the info over to her name then moved it from webair to directnic. I confronted her and she responded by saying that I still own it. We al know that's BS.
The domain name should be returned back to me (well my fiance actually). If not, it is theft. The only reason I did not persu legal action is because she put into writing that it will be returned when our contract expires. Which btw, she wrote AFTER we parted ways.
