Well she is NOT usual in that, then. But I shoot content, and I tell you if this were my situation, a c and d would be issued, or prosecution would start, and the penalties for copyright infringement of this type start at $100,000 per image per use. I'm pretty sure if she simply would have asked someone at MP if she could use the content, it never would have been an issue. I'm not hating on Ivy personally, but she DID make a mistake, one that could have potentially seen her facing a court date. Better to have it done with and over here than in a courtroom, no?
