I'm against it.
Why?
Because American law doesn't really care if someone is more or less mentaly handicapped.
Last month they wanted to kill a black dude who was mentaly not right and was 17 when he (if he did) raped a girl.
Plus you are quilty untill proven innocent.
It happens quite often that someone is being released because he got locked up for something he didn't do, how to release him if the state already killed him?
If he did something wrong lock him up.
No need to kill him IMO.... After all you are still killing someones son/daughter.
Plus America got listed in the top5 by amnesti international together with countries like Iran for not accepting human rights in alot of cases.
