Hoax said right on this board that they redirect some of the asian and european traffic. Depending on your niche, content, and sponsors, that could be a problem. Wouldn't work for me because it would cut into some of the per-click revenue I seem to be getting from my Asian traffic. Small change, but mine own.
I will also say this: I have in the last month happened across two different picture galleries hosted on Web1000 that appeared to be suffering from a severe form of bandwith throttling.
As in, the html would load, but the pics would not. The pages would not time out for the longest time -- five plus minutes at least -- but would eventually load or time out at the end of an extremely long wait period.
This phenomenon was intermittent. It would persist for half an hour or so, and then for a few minutes the pages would load normally. Then the pages would go back to five minute load times.
Obviously there are many potential explanations for this phenomenon. However, I've never seen this particular pattern anywhere but on a Web1000 gallery.
