CCBill automatically rejects cards from all of 33 countries and we don't use negative database management, which you would have known if you had been around this board for any length of time AND could read.
WHEN you understand how cookies, credit card processing, AND referral tracking work, THEN you come back and start spewing your divine wisdom in great amounts. UNTIL then, go study until you have half a grasp what you are talking about.
The CCBill part isn't the only wrong part, actually I can't find much of your post that is factually correct.
