The only difference between them and myself is 45 minutes. 45 minutes of weight training and I'm just a bit more conscious of what I eat.

That 45 minutes of breaking away from the computer each day, can change your life in so many ways you can't even begin to comprehend it - physically and emotionally.

You naturally feel a LOT better health-wise, you feel better about yourself, you're able to sleep better, and you start lookin good. And most importantly, you literally add years to your life and you avoid cancer and other serious health conditions by simply choosing better foods to eat, and exercising a bit.
I'm with you on all of this. I'd also like to add, then when I have to do something active, that I find it very easy to just jump up and do it. When relatives come to town, I end up wearing them out without realizing it. Just like Galleryseek, I only spend about 45-60 minutes in the gym a day, 3-4 days a week. The rest of the time I'm in front of my computer or reading a book.
