Yes we're blacklisted on the hun. But so is offshoreclicks.com and nex-cash.com
The hun can keep his shitty traffic and his lame no popup rules as far as we're concerned. We have plenty of webmasters without his help.
With his strict rules, I doubt there is any blind program not blacklisted by the hun. And if they aren't, that's because they're new.
