Shit... it has never been a good idea to walk around without ID. Got stopped walking to the theater once and didn't have my wallet with me. About got arrested 'cause I looked like a guy that had just beat some chick up. Luckily I had friends with me.
And does anyone really think that they don't keep track of anyone that they want, whenever they want to?
It is nearly impossible to live completely off the radar these days.
