http://premier-blind.com pays 3 cents per click.. (first click)..

they pay on time.. they don't shave that I know of..

My stats with them, compared to my counter were pretty much dead on..

However.. certain linking methods, like meta refresh, or pop ups, you will be paid per impression.... I believe that's 1 cent per pop up??

I make about $13.00 a day with them sending about 1000 hits..
