i have just the facial exercise for you! it's a little hard to describe but here goes:

make your face and chin do a lizard thing. you know, pull the corners of your mouth out and down and make the muscles in your neck stick out. do it and hold it for 30-60 seconds, twice a day and that neck butter will tighten up in no time.
