I am growing my MGP , aiming at 100k daily with 200%+ productivity. At that point I want to start getting my money back, I'm already using fhg's , but I would like to sell spots as well.

What's the best option for medium TGPs/MGPs selling spots? And what's the fair price? Anyone buying or selling spots in 100k sites that can give me some pointers?
