You would think but we have dealt with 12 & 14 pt and you really can tell the difference - 14 pt you can barely bend it - 12 you can - just that makes a big difference in the appearance of quality & durability.

Quite honestly, 90% of the general public couldn't tell the difference between 12pt. and 14pt. just like they can't tell the difference between 80# and 100# text.
