Everything goes out on a gang run - so the short answer is no.
The long answer is we can do 5 different runs of 1000 - no problem; but the price per 1000 won't be much cheaper then 5000 - that's the nature of gang run printing - a great looking product at a great price but no possibility of any variation in your print. Each one has to be it's own run. So basically we could do either 5 sets of 1000 or 5 sets of 5000 for about the same price.
The 5 sets of 1000 would just save you a little on shipping.
