Is it supposed to be installed on Humvees in Iraq on the windows and doors?
The insurgents are using such powerful military-grade explosives that they looted from the Iraqi weapons dumps as their roadside bombs, that nothing will keep the humvee intact, let alone save the lives of the 4+ soldiers in it.
