Yesterday I made a post sending a message out to an individual who had made a pretty dumb mistake.....

I have been in touch with the person several times today. A lesson here is that anything can be negotiated and if you get caught with your pants down the best thing to do is play ball.

This young webmaster was simply trying to be clever and it was not very well thought out....it would be easy to cripple him financially but why????

So we settled up and have found a way to make things work to everyones benefit....

I could have posted all the personal info etc

but I did not......i used GFY to send a message and it was received clearly and to the bone now we have an understanding and nobody is spending money on attorneys for the holidays
