Here are some per click stats for a few celeb programs that I promote - all traffic comes from text links on a non-nude celeb website. Note that this is for first page uniques as counted by
my stats program, not theirs:
Flashcash - $0.0075 per click.
Traffic Cash Gold - $0.0073 per click.
Nude Celeb Hound - $0.0086 per click.
Just my luck that the highest paying program doesn't have a webmaster referral program...
