Use the FREE TGP submitter from Precisesubmit -- I think the URL is
http://www.precisesubmit.com/Downloads/ I don't know who runs the site but I recommend it to anyone looking for a good submitter--it automates recips, ftps your pages, and fills in forms -- all from one free software. Good stuff. I guess they make money when people sign up to webmaster programs through the banners hardcoded into software.
