This happens all the time. You can look at it two ways. Maybe a gallery builder uses the same sponsor content as a gallery owner.
a)the gallery builder gets linked because he makes nice galleries
b)the gallery builder gets declined because his gallery is better than the TGP owners

It's always a crap shot. As an owner, I figured fuck it, I'll link it. I don't mind. And as a gallery builder, I have seen nice pages declined because the content was just over used. That's frustrating, but it's part of the biz. I can't get pissed at another TGP owner. Everyone has to take care of their business the way they see fit.

So I guess it just depends on where you submit. Like always.
