I agree sykkboy...but the question is not what YOU could do...think of it like this...there are, as this board sometimes displays, quite a few webmasters out there without the slightest clue as to what's going on...

So the question is...would you rather give away free content to a bunch of morons who will use it, expose it, deplete its freshness...and never convert more than the occasional fluke member.

Or would you rather offer the option to those idiotic webmasters out there of having a premade gallery that you know is done well and has at least a slight chance of converting to those idiotic webmasters out there.

Seems to me you may as well improve your chances at conversion if you're gonna dole out the content. The whole point of an affiliate program is that its cheaper than hiring an assload of flunkies at $6 an hour...

As an operator of an affiliate program I'm sure you realize that the ratio of smart, savvy, productive webmasters to moronic weekend porn slingers is not in your favor...

I talk to many who say that after all the expenses, and the checks they send their affiliates, they're only making 4-10 bucks on every member, which leaves them with the dubious task of retention. Seems to me that leading the morons by the dick to the sale may be in a programs best interest seeing as how many of them are out there now.

It only serves you to improve their chances...its not like the real webmasters need it...nor would I imagine they'd use it...they already have their own proven methods...

This is not an idea I'm trying to push upon you my friend...this is just a discussion about an idea that's out there, I'm simply wondering about the views and experiences others have/had.
