I was just having a discussion with a friend about his affiliate program...

Specifically we were discussing building premade galleries for affiliates.

I proposed that since many affiliates are either a little green in the horns, lack a little marketing savvy, or have become a bit lazy. Offering premade galleries would give the average affiliate the tools necessary to convert.

Which benefits both parties. The plain truth is that 20 pics and 2 banners stopped converting ages ago. But TGPing can still be profitable if done with a bit of creativity and marketing know how.

So since most webmaster programs give away free content anyway, offering it packaged in a well made gallery is a good option for any affiliate program to have.

Now he seems to think that the TGP owners will be listing less of the galleries, since there would be duplicates flying around.

I'm curious as to other peoples takes on the issue...

TGPers do you use or would you use and affiliates premade galleries? Do you convert better or worse using these galleries? Do you get listed better or worse using these galleries?

TGP owners, do you list galleries that look the same but use different content in the same day or update?

Affiliate Programs, do you see better conversions from webmasters that use your premade galleries? Do you offer premade galleries? Do they get used?
