And on a serious not Jamie, I would strongly suggest against liposuction. It's so horribly bad for your body, suddenly removing weight is not good, even if it's 10 lbs. Easier and safer ways to go about it.
The easiest way if you want to get down to your normal level of weight, with the current (lack of) excercise in your life then you basically need to avoid carbohydrates as much as possible. Eat small snacks during day. Eat 6 times a day, breaking down the amount of food into your body helps your digestion system.
