Sorry to crap on your thread, but you won't finalize until March of next year? That's ridiculous.
Why would anyone lock themselves into a sale, only to hope you'll pay them in a few months time, especially when there are people like me and others willing to pay them cash right now?
Unless you're willing to pay a premium over what me and others pay, it makes no sense.
