It's hard to tell with absolutely no docs, but it looks to be the newest version of AVSMaker Pro with the AVSMaker name dropped due to it's extremely bad rep..
With the sparseness of the docs, I would ask some hard questions before I bought it. And I'm not just saying that because I own a competing product - I always advise anyone buying Blitz to know exactly what they are getting before they send any money.
Just be aware that up til a few months ago, the "AVS Advantagizer" (LOL) was AVSMaker Enhanced.
