They are paying you that amount.. only if you pay a monthly membership to another site..

You are getting $20.00 with surfer not being billed a dime.. Same as freenetpass same as sexkey..

The others you mentioned bill the surfer a months membership to another site.. so they give you 20 on a 25.00 or so charge..
