Can-Spam Compliant with our prior written consent and some significant restrictions and you host the tour and we first run a test and we are open-minded to invite 100% valid legal mail. The double opt programs that mail us never get complaints. Sorry for the run-on sentence- but we can take mail only under a very strict set of guidelines. This info may come as news to some people however. We still know a lot of mailers and the problem is that our terms have changed. Ultra conservative to the point where we have no dirty mail and do not want any dirty mail ever.
Anyone mailing illegaly should take my advice and put 100% of your energy into getting legal immediately or use that same vigor and intelligence to dominate google or something of interest to you that will not only last but grow. This is mostly in regards to US companies of course but that's the way it is.
