I find it ironic how when I give you a quote, or answer a question -- you quickly change the subject. You pasted Romania were the 4th largest partner in the war, they however contributed 278 non-combat engineers - now you're saying Ukraine has the fourth largest contribution? make up your mind please?
Are you talking Combat, or Non-Combat contributions, I'm afraid your pasting from numerous news sources does not make that clear.
