Yes -- clicks and uniques are now being updated in real-time. This doesn't mean, however that there is no lag. In other words, you can't click on your banner, refresh and see the number go up by one. The lag on clicks and uniques is usually less than one minute, however -- which is a pretty danged short lag.
Orders are NOT batch updated, so they post essentially when they happen.
Profiles, for having a human approval element, may lag as much as a few hours - depends on the language they're in.
