I wouldn't look at the software, I would look at the billers.
We use NATS, and counting webmaster traffic or not, we see the changes in ratios just as much as webmasters do. Just about every program has been talking about fluctuations in ratios, no mater if they use NATS or not..
The other very important factor about NATS is IT DOES NOT SHAVE CLICKS.. It tracks about 99.9% of EVERY LINK CLICK you get. Not 1st or 2nd page hits/loads, not qualified hits, every single visitor is counted even if they don't hit our tour. If you put an out track script on a NATS program it will match the out clicks count.
Being so, your ratios should look more honest, not higher.
