You've got to hate people that expect the world for nothing. Tight asses that just bitch and whinge are definately something to avoid. Haven't had too many problems with them because I avoid them, but I hear about them all the time. I think the biggest improvment would be just a little expression in their faces, i like the 4th one though, that is nice. Keep at it.
