Lol dudes , the domain names values are very relative and in very close relationship with wich is your plan to do with it . If you have a great ideea and great plan it can worth more , while if you have your head empty it does not worth anything for you .
It can also exist guys wich have a very imaginative minds and can conceive great plans but haven't enough cash to put it into practice and for this reason to try sell them and get some cash for their next ideea .
