I appreciate the overexposure comments: I do use a flash meter, the problem is that you have to shoot 200 photos in 3-5 hours in 4-5 different sets of clothes and room settings. So, you do not have time to use a flash meter for each photo, and obviously as you are moving around the model with your camera to get a different angle, the exposure changes....

Bullshit, I shoot way more than that in a 3-5 hour period, metering lights and all. You need quite a bit of work on the technical aspects of things, and you need to learn to talk to your models and encourage them to give you the facial expressions you need. You're on the right track, but not quite there yet. Pretty decent stuff. Get a light meter, though.
