In regards to recurring transactions, we do not know at this time, however it is safe to assume that no processor will be allowed to settle any transactions (new or recurring) for bestiality websites.
We do not yet know what the penalty will be for a processor who is caught settling bestiality transactions. We can only assume that it will be similar to that of the lolita rule, which is possible termination of their merchant account(s).
Epoch is not affected by this rule as we do not process for any sites with this type of content.
