I'm with webgems, but they wont allow shell access.

I need shared/virtual hosting with

Shell access
250 mb space
10 gig transfer
Cgi
Php
Mysql

Basic stuff mostly.
I also need the control panel to be easy to use, and for the account to be easily upgradeable if I need more space or bandwith.. Thanks for any help.
