Really i think this business lacks professionalism when it comes down to account management. Getting a partner to sign up is just the first and easiest step.
(advice: answer emails within 24 hours on workdays no excuses).

I agree.. but just workdays? It's all about 7 days a week.. surfers don't stop looking at porn on the weekends.. why should we stop working?
