funny how this thread was probably started over a specific issue and has now blossomed into some of the best programs defending themselves over one aff managers lack of communication, more than likely from a smaller program. in dispute, and myself not being an afiliate manager, i will disagee and say that the larger successful programs have it figured out and do provide affiliates with the support they need. otherwise, they wouldn't be big, because affiliates worth attending to would send their traffic elsewhere. when someone is dealing with 1000's of webmasters, it should be an obvious understanding that the ones sending higher amounts of traffic are going to get expedited service. in the internet environment that we work in today, programs are looking for ways to downsize, not hire more people. less people are doing more work nowadays. if i'm wrong, i'll gladly be corrected.
