I'm not specifically aiming to lose as much weight as possible as quickly as possible, I'm just following the diet and eating until I'm full.
The possibility of losing muscle along with the fat doesn't really bother me, since building muscle comes extremely easy to me. So far, though, the only visible change has been less fat around my stomach.
