Diet/Sobriety: DAY 3
The world seems different somehow, more colorful, more..........just kidding. Still feel like shit.
Diet: Loose version of South Beach. No carbs, beer, etc. No real weight lose yet.
Exercise: Working out 30-45 every morning. Set my Outlook to ding every hour between 9am-3pm so I get off my fat ass and do 150 jumping jacks, 50 situps and 25 pushups...just to get the heart going. I'll up the amounts as I go.
Sobriety: Easy - got a prescription for Naltrexone. Used for druggies but has been proven effective for alcohol cravings as well. Down side is you have NO cravings...food, alcohol, speeding, sex.....nothing.
