The carcinogens are in the smoke you inhale. And even if they got to the prostate gland it will be very unlikely that cancer will develop, since you need a prolonged period of exposure to carcinogens, like habitual smokers, to get cancer. I dont think you get a blow like 5 times a day from a person who smokes to get cancer
