It's a training charge and it's a normal thing outside of the adult world.

It's an optional thing as some of our clients (NATS) have more than one copy and they would obviously only need the training once.

A lot goes into the training. There are costs involved with running a "real" company and provding people true training and service. A good portion of the adult industry is run like a few kids sitting in a sand box.

We could roll it into the price of the software of course but then people would pay for it each time they purchase a copy of the software. We'd rather only charge them once, not every time.
