Most of the herbal stuff people buy to enhance their body dosen't work at all, or it seems to work, but it is really your brain tricking iteself.
Who cares, if you are dumb enough to buy it and think it will help you, then hats off to you. Technically it's like theraphy for your mind. You think its growing bigger, so then you are happy.
