Since when did it become accepted to charge a large walkthrough fee for products that you have already purchased. When I buy something for more than $1000 I fully expect someone to answer initial support questions.
Here's a tip for everyone doing this, cut the dumb shit out. Just be men about it and include it into the purchase price and call it what it is.
