google place a penalty .com,.net and,.org domains as well as some other tlds that have expird.When they will allow them back in is anyone's guess but expect 12 months.
In saying that, if you place similar content to what it was back on the site and then email
[email protected] with "reinclusion" in the subject line and tell them the story, they may put you back in if they feel the site is bona fide.
