Studies have shown Cancer patients benifited from 20grams, 20,000 milliigrams per day.

There are alot of falsehoods dissemenated to people about health.

Extra vitamin c just passes through your body and INFACT! the body can sometimes do with very high doses of vitamin C. I typically take about 5-9,000 milligrams of vitamin C whenever I feel like it, otherwise I pop couple or several 1,000 milligram tabs 4 kicks.

Omg, why AM I TYPING THIS

Alpha Lipoic Acid - get this. its owns. ok? great. excellent. 1 a day on that

btw on the vit C, get (duh cow head) Ester C because it has been alkalized so its not so rough on the stomach (pain only mostly, body counters the acidity naturally, but can cause discomfort in some individuals)

Next - Your GUT BACTERIA! You know how many people are walking around with a lack of balanced bacteria in their stomach? ITS FUCKING HUGE . These little fucks can do so fucking much fuck

Dude, I m done typing, goto metagenics.com and order the stuff I posted and a multivitamin

Stuff to avoid fairly consistently:

fast food (given)
mono/diglycerides -cow stomach (unless specified vegetable)

hydrogenated oil.

'earth balance' (some just butter) - hell the only butter worth a flying putang suck is smart balance. that is the only butter/spread to use.

Cooking with oil - high high heat -olive oil is best.

Lot of other stuff people maybe can add, I've already typed waaaaay too much.

Another thing - stay away from onion and garlic consistently unless at a stand up high class restaurant. Even then, be careful. :tin-foil-hat-owns-u

BTW, Roxz0rs?
