Take your vitamins people :) - some tips

Vitamin C - should be taken daily, 250 to 500 mg dose is enough. Helps cells getting more oxygen. It's cheap, don't forget this one, it's one of the most important things that should be taken daily!

Fe - (iron), take a pill every 2-3 days, helps the eritocites in the blood (the red cells) and oxygen supply

Vitamin E - also, a pill every 2-3 days, people above 40 should take 1 daily. IT's an anti-oxydans, slows down the aging process (oxydation of the cells) - it should help you stay young longer.

Minerals: Calcium, Magnesium pills, also regular use, help the bones, and the overall body structure.

Zinc - Z - it'll improve your erection, blood flow in your cock.

I'd also recommend using pills containing garlic oil, or better yet, eating garlic and drinking milk daily - the garlic is a natural antibiotic.


That's all, few pill daily.
