But, apparently, he has dimplomatic immunity when he is on official business, and I think there are a few more reasons why this will not happen (softwood lumber and beef industries want to suck up after having been trampled by unfair trading practices and we don't want to jeopardize any chance of missing out on having a bunch of missles floating over our heads keeping us safe at night).
