Come on folks.
Its simple.
I have spam arrest as well and have that account set up in express to pull it, and I have another mail account set up as if I did not have spam arrest.
When spamarrest goes down, I turn off that account and activate my other one, so I get my mail and of course the spam as well but at least I get my mail.
When spamarrest gets sorted out, I will turn on the spam acct and turn off the other one as my default.
So if you have outlook, go to TOOLS and accounts and set up your email directly to your server [like you did before adding a filter] and use this when spamarrest is hosed.

that's a solution yes... but I'm more of a webmail person so it really sucks when they go down. It's all good now tho
