I have this three week gig in Atlanta. It pays very well, so I thought WTF...
Little did I know what awaited me at the airport in Toronto yesterday.
I need to get what is known as a TN (Trade NAFTA) Visa.
The line to get to immigration was *three hours** WTF?????????????
Then an hour wait to process the VISA. I was called in as my plane took off... 10 minutes later I have the VISA.
A fuckin' hour later I am rebooked for 4:30 today.....
Got home at 11:00 after 7 hours of shit.
Spend two hours on the phone this morning getting the project plan put together.... *I hate doing phone meetings*
I am at the airport now. Past immigration, only took an hour... wow.
Enjoying Air Canada's scotch.......

You 'merican's coming to Toronto on the weekend are in for a huge shock. You get CAN1.15 for your buck...
Don't exchange at the airport... thay rip you off for another 4 cents. Get into town and look for a Money Mart.
And don't use your credit card! By the time the transaction is processed, you may only get 1.10!
