I've been searching through their literature.. starting with IBill. I have a few considerations on them. 1: I think they have an affiliate program, but not a webmaster refferal program. 2:
Webmasters don't trust them right now.

I'm reading the CCBill refferers manual, but I don't see anything to support the idea that they have a webmaster refferal program.

I don't see a webmaster refferal program on Jettis either.. only an affiliate program.
