I can't speak for every photographer, but the emotional response ranges from rejection to annoyance to anger.
I think when the flake happens I'd like to be able to feel vindicated with some sort of retribution for them wasting my time.
If there were a basic page to post info on, I think it'd only be fair that the negative posting would only be taken down with a personal email apology and explanation.
It would be the classy thing for a flakey model to do.
