dude, it was probably nothing. Give them some time to reply and it will get figured out. But you're the idiot who comes here and stirrs up drama on a good company just so you can get a quicker answer. These kinds of posts can sometimes make or break a company. Making a post like this should be your very last option after you have exhausted all other possible means of action.
Like others have said, making a thread like this you sure as hell aint getting no money back and your account will be deleted. Atleast I hope so.
